Long-Term Planning & Visualization
Aha.io is a collaborative product/marketing roadmapping tool that allows teams to plan and prioritize features and set goals.
ProductPlan is a visual roadmap builder. It integrates with a dozen common Agile backlog tools and has a multitude of templates for presenting long-term plans.
Diagram & Flowchart Tools
Visio is a flowchart tool by Microsoft. While it may not be a competing solution to those above, it can provide invaluable visuals for presenting ideas and processes to stakeholders.
Cacoo is a flowchart tool that also includes wireframing capabilities and other features similar to product planning.
Presentation Tools
Powerpoint, also by Microsoft, is a well-known presentation tool. It should not be overlooked as a very effective way of delivering high level ideas and plans to stakeholders with the proper of level of detail to be optimally persuasive.
