Product Backlog

The Backlog is the master list of all items, (usually Stories) that still need to be built for the final product to be complete. Stories in the backlog are organized in order of build priority, with most essential, urgent, or strategic items coming first.

This section will cover

  • story components
  • story detail at various states
  • story ordering strategies

It will also touch on collections of stories and tools the Dev Team uses to group them into larger chunks (Epics & Themes) or to break them down further (Tasks, Bugs, Tests & Spikes).
